Jasper Meditation Stone
Meditation Instructions.: Sit or lie comfortably. Hold the stone comfortably in your hand. Close your eyes. Make no effort to control your breath; just breathe. Focus your attention on your breath and on how your body moves with each inhalation and exhalation. Feel the weight of the stone. Let your thoughts go - Breathe in and exhale slowly. Notice the movement of your body as you breathe. Feel your chest.... your shoulders.... your rib cage.... feel your belly.
Simply focus your attention on your breath without controlling its pace or intensity. If your mind wanders, return your focus back to the stone and the gentle weight it provides. Feel the smoothness of the stone and the texture of the heart string, let it guide you to peace and goodness.
